(1) If the working committee of any social association organization affiliated with the Council or receiving financial support through the Council acts contrary to the prevailing Nepalese laws or its own statutes, such working committee shall be suspended for a specified period by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Council. or can dissolve. However, before such suspension or dissolution, such working committee shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present its explanation.

(2) If the working committee of any social association organization is suspended in accordance with sub-section (1), until the suspension is lifted and in case of dissolution, a new working committee shall be formed. Until it is formed, the government of Nepal may form an ad hoc committee from among the ordinary members of the association to conduct the work of such association.

(3) Due to the dissolution of the working committee of a social association according to sub-section (1), sub-section (2) ) the ad-hoc committee formed as per the constitution shall form a new working committee within three months from the date of its formation.
